Ant Tedesco's own "Cheat Meal Damage Control Cycle" by NRG-X Labs


After a show, as you probably know, most bodybuilders and figure competitors go on a binge lasting anywhere from a few meals to weeks of en gorging themselves with everything they have been deprived of for the three or more months before competition. Personally, I have found that two days of "binging" is more than enough to satisfy cravings without destroying months of hard work but other competitors lose all willpower and find themselves "out-of-shape" again at an alarming rate. In my off season, having 1-2 "cheat" meals per week helps me to keep my sanity while following a very clean meal plan still that just contains more of the good, quality whole foods I consume pre-contest. Anyways, during those two days of binging, moderated or not, year after year I find myself bloated to the "xtreme" afterwards and spend the entire next week trying to get rid of that discomfort. Starting immediately after my show, with my very first "cheat", I will be using MaXX Digestion and Red Stinger to keep my metabolism working as hard as it was to drop the body fat before the show and the food being processed by my body which will now be in shock from the large amount of carbohydrates and fats that it had grown unaccustomed to. As I had mentioned in a previous note, I will be taking MaXXtraXtion today, tomorrow, and Friday to drop subcutaneous water before the show, but I also plan on starting it again Monday-Wednesday to keep water down from my binge and maintain a tighter physique. Many competitors can not find their abs within a week post-contest. I will not be one of them.

Before "cheat" meals, I will take 1 cap of MaXX Digestion and 2 caps of Red Stinger (can be substituted with 1 cap of Red Stinger Xtreme or Red Stinger Black Label (coming soon!)). This will be a staple in my supplement stack from here on out!
