WOW..what a day gang..hit up a double session workout today..morning was upper body.night was legs.. Both times i used up my last sample of my pre-workout CRANK..this time 2 scoops..YES 2 scoops is the answer.. So gonna get new flavors of CRANK (lemonade and fruit punch) Tomorrow is cardio and Wednesday is leg day with Karen Palotto my spokes model
